Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
Each garment is individually inspected and prepared before dispatch.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or a production delay, processing times may be extended. You will be notified by email should this occur.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service.
Estimated delivery time is provided at checkout and begins once the order has been dispatched.
All shipments originate from within the European Union.
Domestic (EU) Shipping
Typical delivery time: 3–7 business days
Deliveries within the EU do not incur customs duties.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide delivery.
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or local handling fees determined by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number. Tracking information becomes active within 24–48 hours.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Aurielle is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external disruptions.
If your order does not arrive within 20 business days after dispatch, contact returns@aurielle.eu with your order number and tracking details for investigation.

Aurielle is not liable for misdelivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
