Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with European Union consumer protection law.

To be eligible for a return, the garment must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact returns@aurielle.eu within 14 days of receiving your order.
You will receive detailed instructions, including the approved return address and procedure.
Unauthorized or unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact returns@aurielle.eu immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Each case will be individually reviewed.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom garments, personalized orders, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
We do not accept returns for accessories, gift cards, or any item showing signs of wear or alteration.

Exchanges

Aurielle does not process direct exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different piece, please return your original item as outlined above and place a new order once your refund is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact returns@aurielle.eu.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

Under EU consumer law, customers within the European Union retain the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
Returned garments must meet the same eligibility standards described above.
