Aurielle garments are developed and produced entirely in Italy, through a small, multi-step atelier process focused on structure, material integrity, and controlled execution.

Materials

Each piece is constructed from 100% natural fabrics, selected for their behavior rather than trend value.

  • Silk Taffeta for structure and definition
  • Silk Georgette for softness, transparency, and movement
  • 100% viscose lining for breathability and skin contact

All fabrics are sourced in Veneto, Italy, through a textile supplier working directly with a mill.

The corset is engineered as a structural garment, not a decorative element.

  • Spiral steel boning for flexibility and long-term shape retention
  • Six bones total: two front, one on each side, two at the back
  • Lacing-only closure for adjustability and longevity
  • Fully lined in 100% viscose

Corset panels are finished with reinforced embroidered eyelets, executed by a specialist workshop in Modena before final assembly.

Skirt Construction

Skirts are cut to emphasize movement and asymmetry.

  • Asymmetric cut
  • Two-layer construction
  • Viscose lining for comfort and durability

All layers are cut and assembled to preserve the natural fall of the silk rather than impose stiffness.

Garments are produced in Parma, Italy, within a small atelier specializing in couture-level construction.

  • Cutting and assembly are done by hand
  • Final seams are refined using a precision machine finish designed for ultra-thin silk edges, ensuring durability without visual bulk

This hybrid approach allows for control and consistency while preserving the integrity of delicate materials.

Production Scale

Aurielle pieces are not made to order.

They are produced in extremely limited quantities, with strict control over materials, labor, and finishing.

Once a run is completed, it is not repeated.
